Under the Sails of Destiny
The story of Ellen Prentiss is not just a tale about the sea, but about a woman’s struggle to steer her own destiny. The atmosphere feels so real that you can almost sense the salty wind and the tension before a storm-both on the ocean and in people’s lives. Ellen Prentiss’s story
This book is a historical fiction novel loosely based on a real woman, Ellen Prentiss, born in 1814 in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
